ㅇ 고려대학교 서울캠퍼스에 재학 중이며 BK21 사업에 소속된 내·외국인 대학원생
ㅇ 직무별 업무(Job Description) 수행 가능자
ㅇ 활동 기간 전체에 걸쳐 국내 체류가 가능한 자
ㅇ 언어: 영어 상급, 한국어 중급
ㅇ 우대사항
　1) 지원 업무 관련 경력 또는 관련 전공이 있는 자
　2) 1학기 이상 활동 가능한 자

□ 세부 업무

ㅇ 공통 업무
　1) 매주 1회 온라인 회의 참여 및 주간보고서 제출
　2) 모든 회의, 행사, 오리엔테이션, 중간점검, 성과공유회 등 필수 참석
　3) 행사 기획 보고서 및 행사 후 결과 보고서 등 작성

ㅇ Sports Club: 스포츠 행사 기획 및 운영

ㅇ Buddy Club: 네트워킹 행사 및 종강파티 기획·운영

ㅇ Research & Career Club: 논문 작성 특강 또는 졸업생 초청 취업 특강 기획·운영

ㅇ Contents Creator: I-GPS 행사, 고연전(2학기), Lab to Life(2학기) 등 OIH 행사 촬영, YouTube·Instagram 영상 제작, 한국어·영어 자막 작성 및 영상 콘텐츠 구성

ㅇ Editor: 행사 포스터, 행사 전후 홍보물 및 카드뉴스 제작, 영상·포스터의 한국어·영어 검수

[BK21, OIH] Fall 2026 Graduate Program Supporters (I-GPS) Recruitment

I-GPS (International Graduate Program Supporters) members help organize and support OIH events for international graduate students.

□ Eligibility

ㅇ Korean and international graduate students currently enrolled at Korea University’s Seoul Campus and affiliated with the BK21 program
ㅇ Individuals capable of performing the tasks outlined in the job descriptions
ㅇ Applicants who will reside in Korea throughout the activity period
ㅇ Language requirements: Advanced English and intermediate Korean proficiency
ㅇ Preferred qualifications:
　1) Prior experience or a relevant academic background related to the role
　2) Availability to participate for at least one semester

September 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027

□ Role-Specific Tasks

ㅇ Common Tasks
　1) Attend weekly online meetings and submit weekly reports
　2) Attend all mandatory meetings, events, orientation sessions, mid-term reviews, and the final presentation
　3) Prepare event planning reports, post-event reports, and other required reports

ㅇ Sports Club: Plan and manage sports-related events, such as Sports Day.

ㅇ Buddy Club: Plan and manage social networking events, such as coffee socials and semester-end parties.

ㅇ Research & Career Club: Plan and manage research- or career-related events, such as academic writing workshops and career talks by alumni.

ㅇ Contents Creator: Film I-GPS events, KU Sports Day (Ko-Yeon Games, fall semester only), and Lab to Life (fall semester only); produce videos for YouTube and Instagram; create Korean and English subtitles; and structure video content.

ㅇ Editor: Design event posters, pre- and post-event promotional materials, and card news; review Korean and English text in videos and posters.
