□ 세부 업무

 ㅇ 공통

    1) 매주 1회 회의 진행 및 주간보고서 제출

    2) 모든 회의, 행사, 오리엔테이션, 중간점검, 최종 발표회 등 필수 참석

    3) 행사 기획 보고서, 행사 후 결과 보고서 등 작성

 ㅇ Sports Club: 스포츠 행사, 외부 문화 활동 기획 및 운영

 ㅇ Buddy Club: 소셜 네트워크 행사, 종강파티 기획 및 운영

 ㅇ Research & Career Club: 졸업생 초청 취업특강 기획 및 운영

 ㅇ Video Creator: I-GPS 행사와 KU SOUL TOUR, 고연전(2학기만 해당), Lab to Life(2학기만 해당) 등 OIH 행사 촬영 및 Youtube, Instagram 영상 제작 및 한국어와 영어 자막 작성, 영상 콘텐츠 구성, 

 ㅇ Editor:  행사 포스터와 행사 전, 후 홍보물 및 카드뉴스 제작, 영상 및 포스터 한국어 및 영어 검수

 ㅇ 평가 결과에 따라 300만원(A), 250만원(B), 200만원(C) 차등 지급

      *활동 참여도, 보고서, 동료 평가 등 개별 평가 진행 후 장학금액 차등 지급

[BK21, OIH] Fall 2025 Graduate Program Supporters(I-GPS) Recruitment

 

I-GPS (International Graduate Program Supporters) is the supporter that conduct and assist in OIH events for international graduate students.

 

 

□ Eligibility

 ㅇ Korean and international graduate students currently enrolled at the Seoul Campus and affiliated with the BK21 program

 ㅇ Individuals capable of performing job-specific tasks as outlined in the job descriptions

 ㅇ Applicants who will reside in Korea during the entire period of the activity

 ㅇ Language requirements: Advanced English and intermediate Korean proficiency

 ㅇ Preferred qualifications:

    1) Prior experience or relevant academic background related to the role

    2) Availability to participate for more than one semester

 

□ Activity Period: September 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026

 

□ Number of Positions Available (Total: 10)

 ㅇ Sports Club: 3

 ㅇ Buddy Club: 2

 ㅇ Research & Career Club: 2

 ㅇ Video Creator: 2

□ Role-Specific Tasks

 ㅇ Common Tasks:

    1) Weekly meetings and submit weekly report

    2) Mandatory participation in all meetings, events, orientation sessions, mid-term reviews, and the final presentation

    3) Preparation of planning reports and post-event reports etc.

 ㅇ Sports Club: Plan and manage sports-related events (Sports Day, Outdoor activity etc.)

 ㅇ Buddy Club: Plan and manage social networking-related events (Coffee social, semester-end parties etc.)

 ㅇ Research & Career Club: Plan and manage career-related events

 ㅇ Video Creator: Film I-GPS events, KU SOUL TOUR, KU Sports Day (Ko-Yeon Games, Fall semester only), and Lab to Life (Fall semester only); produce videos for YouTube and Instagram, and create Korean and English subtitles, structure video content

 ㅇ Editor: Design event posters, promotional materials before and after the events and card news, and proofread in both Korean and English

 ㅇ Scholarships will be awarded based on evaluation results: 

   KRW 3,000,000 (Grade A) > KRW 2,500,000 (Grade B) > KRW 2,000,000 (Grade C)

   *Evaluations will consider participation, reports, peer reviews, etc
