2025 대학생 모의 APEC 정상회의에서 열리는 ‘외국인유학생 한국어말하기대회’ 서울시 대표자를 선출하기 위하여 예선 참가자를 모집하고자 합니다.


1. 모집개요
ㅇ 대 회 명 : 외국인유학생 한국어말하기대회(Talk in Korean) 서울시 예선
ㅇ 예선일정 : 2025. 7. 3.(목) 오후 2시~5시             
    ※ 일정 변경 가능
ㅇ 모집대상 : 서울시 소재 대학(원) 재학 중인 외국인 유학생 

ㅇ 주    제 : 서울유학과 관련한 주제로 아래 내용 중 택1
<한국어말하기대회 주제(안)>
   ▪ 나의 꿈과 미래 직업(My Dream Job)
   ▪ 나만의 서울 유학 홍보 아이디어
   ▪ 서울 유학 성공기
   ▪ 서울 유학 중 가장 인상 깊었던 경험 
ㅇ 선발혜택 : 서울시장상 및 ‘2025 대학생 모의 APEC 정상회의(경북)’ 참가(대상) 등 

① 대상: 1명, 서울시장상, 
‧ 대학생 모의 APEC 외국인유학생 한국어말하기대회(8.26) 참가 등
 - 안동‧경주 문화체험 등 부대행사
‧ 서울시 개최행사 참여기회 부여 등
② 최우수상: 2명, 서울시장상
‧ 서울시 개최행사 참여기회 부여 등
③ 우수상: 2명, 서울시장상
‧ 서울시 개최행사 참여기회 부여 등


2. 지원 및 제출서류
ㅇ 접수기간 : 2025. 6. 4.(수) ~ 6. 20.(금) 18시까지 (17일간)
ㅇ 지원방법 : 제출서류 작성 후, 담당자 메일(lsb0515@seoul.go.kr) 제출
 - 제출대상 : 참가신청서, 학생증‧재학증명서 등 재학 중임을 나타내는 증빙서류 1부
ㅇ 결과발표 : 2025. 6. 27.(금) 서류합격자 개별통보


3. 선발절차
ㅇ 선발일정 
 - 지원서 접수: 6.4.(수) ~ 6.20.(금) 18:00까지, 온라인 신청
 - 1차 서류심사 및 합격자 발표: 6.27.(금) 예정, 15명 선발, 개별통보
 - 2차 예선대회: 7.3.(목) 예정, 16:30 수상자 발표 및 시상, 서울글로벌센터 국제회의장 ※ 대상(1)/최우수(2)/우수(2) 선발
 - 전국 본선대회 참가: 8.26.(화) 예정
ㅇ 심사기준 : ①유창성, ②독창성, ③문법‧어휘력, ④내용구성‧논리, ⑤전달력‧표현력 등에 따라 정성 평가

[Seoul Metropolitan Government] Call for Participants – Preliminary Round of the Korean Speech Contest for International Students

We are pleased to announce the recruitment of participants for the Seoul preliminary round of the “Korean Speech Contest for International Students,” which will be held as part of the 2025 University Student Mock APEC Summit. The selected winner will represent Seoul at the national finals.


1. Event Overview
▪ Contest Title: Korean Speech Contest for International Students – Seoul Preliminary Round (Talk in Korean)
▪ Date & Time: Thursday, July 3, 2025, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Schedule subject to change)
▪ Eligibility: International students currently enrolled in universities or graduate schools in Seoul
▪ Speech Topic: Choose one topic related to your study abroad experience in Seoul
- My Dream Job
- Unique Ideas for Promoting Studying in Seoul
- My Success Story in Seoul
- Most Memorable Experience While Studying in Seoul


2. Awards & Benefits:
① Grand Prize (1 student): Seoul Mayor's Award + Entry to National Final (Aug. 26 in Gyeongbuk), including cultural events in Andong & Gyeongju
② Excellence Prize (2 students): Seoul Mayor's Award + Opportunities to participate in Seoul City events
③ Merit Prize (2 students): Seoul Mayor's Award + Opportunities to participate in Seoul City events


3. How to Apply
▪ Application Period: June 4 (Wed) – June 20 (Fri), 2025, by 6:00 PM (KST)
▪ Submission Method: Send completed documents via email to the contact person (lsb0515@seoul.go.kr)
▪ Required Documents: Application form, student ID or certificate of enrollment (proof of current enrollment)
▪ Result Notification: June 27 (Fri), 2025 – Individual notification to selected applicants


4. Selection Process
▪ Application Submission: June 4 – June 20
▪ 1st Round (Document Screening): June 27 – 15 finalists will be notified individually
▪ 2nd Round (Preliminary Contest): July 3 – Held at Seoul Global Center, announcement of winners at 4:30 PM
▪ National Final: August 26 (Tue), 2025
▪  Evaluation Criteria: Fluency, Creativity, Grammar & Vocabulary, Content & Logic, Delivery & Expression
