박현진교수 연구팀의 논문이 Journal of Food Science의 Tanner Awards for the Most-Cited Articles of 2018 에 선정되었다. Tanner Awards는 설립 저널 인 Food Research의 첫 번째 편집자 인 Fred Wilber Tanner에 의해 만들어진 상으로 매년 가장 많이 인용된 논문들을 선정하여 시상하고 있다. 2018년도 발행된 박현진교수 연구팀의 논문은 New Horizons in Food Research 카테고리에서 지난 3년동안 가장 많이 인용된 논문으로 선정되어 2021 IFT annual meeting 에서 수상할 예정이다.
